Hi there,
I ordered 16 items through flipkart.com on 11th July 2013 for an amount of Rs.10,556 and it was showing as item to be delivered by 15th of July 2013. I paid for the purchase through my ICICI credit card at the time of purchase.
When I didnt received the consignment till 15/07/2013 I called flipkart customer service and talked to they CSR who told me that there is a delay in order due to technical difficulty, I asked her to pass me on to her supervisor. The supervisor informed me that he has sorted out the technical difficulty and I will be receiving the consignment by friday or saturday ie by 19 or 20th of July 2013.
Today I received an email from flipkart informing me that my order has been cancelled and another email informing me that the payment will be refunded in approximately 7-10 business days.
Thereafter I called the flipkart customer service and talked to their CSR and Supervisor and is being told that as there was a technical glitch and delay in processing the order they have cancelled the order.
I wish that Flipkart should fulfill the order.
