Complaint Details
I am a travel agent of the said company and i am Trying to Cancel a Ticket in this process the said company deduct a Rs. 1500 as Airline Charges and Rs. 35 as Portal (comapny) fees after all they deduct Rs. 12.36% i.e. Rs. 185 something as without any reason its totally fraud to costumer. So, I request you to kindly taken up necessary action from said company in the interest of the general public.
