This is to inform you that we had purchased the air conditioner from the mitsubhishi dealer ''ANKUR'' add- 156A, lenin sarani kamalaya centre. G3,4 kolkata 13.
on 31/10/2012. i am having the problem of water leakage from the A.c from day 1. i have tried complaining for the same, on the mitsubhishi help line number, but they have refused to take any complain or query from us. and said us to contact the dealer for the problem. i have been continuously complianing for the problem, but there is no responce from there side, and i was shocked the last time when i called them for the problem, the replied was''(jo karna jai karlo, humko nahi farak padta.)
i am enclosing the purchased copy along with this query.
kindly, look into the matter and please solve it as sson as possible.
