My monthly plan magically changes from 1 gb to 2 gb. So basically THEY can embellish any data to suit THEMSELVES.

THEIR customer care representative spends 30 minutes on phone without making sense. I request my bill plan be restored to its original with effect from this very billing cycle. THIS VERY BILLING CYCLE. (JUNE-JULY 2013)
