Complaint Details
I booked a parcel at the DTDC Counter at Domlur Bangalore for Patna Pin. 800004 consignment V13466387. Parcel was meant for My mother (94 year old) who had suddenly started passing Stool and needed a special type of Adult protective panties. We had imported ones of thin and high quality, and couriered through DTDC on 15th July 2013. The counter persuaded me to book it under their plan "Plus tariff" for 2nd day delivery. Despite followup - never delivered - we had to pick it up on 5th day from DTDC Patna. Seek Deterrent Penalty for great inconvenience caused to the OLD LADY! On their website I followed up twice with NO RESPONSE. Arun D Sinha
