I made a online shopping through indiaflowersandgiftshop.com i made a order of combo gift on the occasion of my friend's birthday it has to deliver to karimnagar andhra pradesh but it was not delivered.
I tried to contact to customer care after so many times they picked up my cal but they doesnt explained me for non delivery of item as i spoke to Rahul who is looking after this delivery he spoke to me in a rude manner he told that it will not deliver u spoke tommorow to his boss.
i requested him to deliver if at all possible since it was very precious day to me and very important to deliver this gift but he replied me very harshly
please do me needful
