Complaint Details
I purchased Corporate Internet connection 9243504724 but foud that it has been registered against "Mr MONOTOSH . DAS". It took me more than a dozen mails and reminders to get this corrected. In meanwhile the company kept generating Bill against the incorrect name. Since this is a Corporate connection and in fair play , I cannot make payments for Bill not issued in the correct subscriber name. The connection has since been disconnected. Please intervene and help.
