Dear Team,

I Shraddha choudhary processed an application for Home loan for rs 10,00,000/-. Mr. Tansen was dealing with me regarding the same. He asked me for DD amounted Rs. 3,371.00. Later i got the confirmation from MR. Tansen that my application was rejected due to, there is one year of gap in my total work experience during 2010-2011, so i wanted to confirm you that i was expected a baby and i have to leave the job for maternal problems.

Secondly today when i called Mr. Tansen to refund my amount so he denied.

I want some clarification from you people if my loan has not been approved and you have just sent my application from your branch to head office for such reason you will take processing fee for rs 3,371/- which i felt so injustice on your part. Kindly confirm that you will not able to refund my money and confirm that the above said reason is true or not.
