Dear Sir,
I have been using the internet connection of the mentioned company since February 2010. Sir, since last 4-5 months I have been facing serious issue of service breakdown and faulty instrumentation, along with which bad service provision is aggrevating the problem.
Regarding the recent issue I would like to bring it to your notice that since last 1 month there is serious problem in connection, for which I have reported a no. of complains but the solution is zero. Since the intial day the wire placed at my place has couple of joints, the recieving instrument face problem now the router provided by company is not working properly. Sir, for the reason mentioned above i had made a complain 2 weeks before and in last week on 19th July but have not got any solution, as per company guideline any complain raised is answered in 48 hours which have been past last 30 hours. Sir the 48 hours are ower and still no engineer has turned up and I had called the customer care more than 6-7 times for the resolution of query, and every time i was assured that I wld get the solution by EOD which did'nt happen. Sir, for the mentioned problem i had word with two team leaders Mr. Ratan Yadav & Mr. Pratik Patel, but got no solution and still internet at my place is not working. Sir, i had an important work to be done and made loss due to non working of internet and secondly since 1 month as my net is not working, I have a request that you look into this matter and provide me a solution in which i get a reimbursement for the trouble faced by me and a compensation for the mental harrasement and loss of fund due to non working of internet the total amounting to INR 20,000. Sir, i have a humble request to please bring me out an solution as soon as possible. Sir my User id registered with the company is : chahat12. Sir, in attachment I have kept my renewal history which shows I am using the services from Feb 2010.
