I bought a Hercules-Roadeo Qross BMX verison on 30/12/2012 from the BSA GO store Velachery, Chennai-600042. When i was riding i fell on the ground because the adjustable seat stem broke out of the holding frame where the adjusting screws lie.

The company refuses to cover it under warranty instead they have done a repair job saying that it is because of my fault the holding frame got sheared due to the height adjustment beyond specified limit. There is no instruction manual for the bicycle and no instruction was given to me while buying the product.
