Complaint Details
I booked a ticket from Madurai to Chennai in City Express Travels through www.ticketgoose.com. The only reason I booked the ticket is it is a "2+1" seater bus and I booked seat no: 12 which is a single seat. I was on time to bus stand by 9.15pm and the bus time is 9.45pm. But bus is not there. The contact address mentioned in the ticket was "Jayam Tours". When I enquired them about the bus they were tight lipped but due to my continuous enquiries about the bus they admitted that the bus didn't come to Madurai and they gave seat in another bus. I am not satisfied as the bus they gave is not the same like "city express". I was not informed about this setup. City Express Travels should have informed about this in prior which they didn't do. No body should get affected with these sort of lethargic approach from these travels. Request you to take necessary action against them.
