Hi,

My name is Arun Sagar , am from hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh , India .

I purchased a LG Home Theatre ( Model LG HT BH7430p ) on May 6th , 2013 spending Rs 35,000.

The installation engineer came after 3 days to my home where i was promised that he wil come within 24hrs after the delivery of the product.

He didnt bring his equipment to complete the installation process where he promised me that he would come again, but again.... only after i called the customer care he came and completed the installation.

After a few days i complained to the customer care that the USB port is not functioning where i found myself that am not using the correct usb port which is actually infront of the Blu ray palyer ( am using the back port ) which means your installation engineer literally failed to educate me about my product .

Finally again after a month or so the correct usb port stopped working, its not detecting the usb pendrives nor HDD so as usual i raised a complaint on 20th June 2013 ( LG id - RNA 130620000429 ) and this time another engineer visited my home again not on the promised date , and this guy really forgot to bring his own pendrive to check and removed my whole Blu ray player and checked and said he would come back again next time with his own pendrive ....after he left i found that he didnt insert all the components properly where the buttons on the blu ray player stopped working .......unfortunately i was out of town for 3 weeks as my dad met with an accident n this engineer never checked with me the progress of our problem ..........

i came back to my room and called the customer care again and filed a new complaint on July 15th ( LG id - RNA 130715015077 ) and again the same old story no one bothered to contact me and i even called a manger named rajitha( num was given by the customer care guy ) where she never answered my call...she called me back only after i sent an sms about the disgusting service am getting from one of the most reputed organizations in the world...finally an engineer came to my home on July 20th and confirmed that a circuit board is damaged inside the Blu ray player and it will alone be replaced .
