I had filed for an internet connection from Nextra company.I paid them a total of RS 1500 for installation and modem and their executive promised us a connection within 4 working days. We patiently waited for the connection and almost a month passed by. I called several employees from the company, each of them promised me the connection would be available at the latest. Another month passed by and since we were highly unsatisfied with their service we decided to forego the connection and requested for refund of our money. Almost six months have passed by since we first paid the amount and despite hundreds of reminders we have not received our money yet. Each time we call them to enquire their executive tells us that the check has been dispatched and we will receive it shortly. I hope you can understand till what limit has this company tested my patience and therefore i kindly request you to take strict action so that we are reimbursed for this utter inconvenience and no other consumer is fooled by this fraud practice.
