Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Ma'am, My father, Mr. Sanjay Singhal had booked the services of the event management company for my marriage on Nov 25, 2012. The concerned person Mr. Shammi had taken Rs. 21000 in advance and this was towards the varmala ceremony to be conducted in a moon theme on a hudraulic lift stage. The concerned person became unreachable as the marriage was approaching, but we were able to contact him just 2 days before the day of marriage he said he met with an accident and couldnt take calls but now he assured us that all the arrangements have been made and would be delivered as promised. On the day of the marriage there was a no show and we have been calling him since then to atleast return us our money but he is ready to refund the amount. Please help in getting a refund of the amount.
