Complaint Details
I placed an order of 3 items (ORDER No. 6772560) on 21st June, 2013 of which only one item has been delivered till now. The other two items (NIVEA HAPPY TIME DEO and NIVEA WOMEN WHITENING FRUITY TOUCH DEO) have not been delivered and the delivery status of these items has been updated as 'delivered' on Myntr.com and the courier company has forged the signature of recipient which was sent to me as a proof of delivery. I have called myntra several times and everytime i am assured that the complaint will be resolved in 3 days but so far the request has not been entertained. This was the first time I shopped online and had a worst shopping experience with Myntra.com
