Dear Ford,
I am an ashamed owner of Ford Figo. When I bought Figo, I thought I am doing an intelligent thing by switching from Maruti to Ford, just to learn that it is one of the biggest mistake I did while selecting a new car.
Ford Gurgaon only knows how to cheat customer. They know nothing about the technicality of their product and the car sits more at service centre with repeated visits just to get harassment. I got windshield changed and was harassed at every moment. Ford changed my wiper blades without my permission and charged 900Rs. Third day I made complaint that wiper blades are faulty and if i use it it will scratch the windshield. My car was again called at service centre with no resolution and to tell me that it is physically abused by myself.
The car is with me. Let me have somebody who knows about car products and tell me how it has been physically abused where is it is a fault at design.
This is not the first incident. Every incident is just a painful journey that I have had with Ford from last 3 years.
I like to broadcast here to every visitor, PLEASE DON't BUY FORD
