Complaint Details
I want to register a complaint against this shop. one month before i bought one SD CARD (with 5years warranty) for my camera, which was faulty. I gave it back to the retailer i.e the owner of knowledge junction. but now after one month also i am not getting it back. i am baring all that losses in my profession, i have to cancel my shoots and postpond my work only because of this delay in providing proper services. i am middle class single independent girl. i earn my bread butter on this photography only. and now its been one month and i didnt get the Replaced card from the retailer. on top of that the retailer is telling me that its not his duty to replace it. It's consumer's duty to go to manufacturer company and change it. Please help us by guiding whose responsibility is this to replace the faulty pieces. and how much time it would take to replace it.
Kindly help us and take strict action against such looser and lazy people.
