Complaint Details
I had purchased some furniture from Home centre on 1st July 2013. they informed that the furniture will be delivered to the above address by 11th July. on 11th July they delivered the furniture with one Bed side table worth 5970/- pending delivery .
I recieved a box from Home centre on 14th July. but after 2 days on 16th i receive a call from them saying that the item delivered is a wrong supply and will be replaced soonest.
I cannot get through the no. mentioned above.
and when i get through initially. they always quoted that it is company policy to fit the delivered items within 48 hour. but if there is such a problem is the COmpany required to give a compensation forthe trouble i am going through. My bill no. is 1042362.
i have not yet opened the box delivered to me.
