I have had a special tariff recharge of Rs 574 for Local & STD BSNL to BSNL free calls for period of 30 days on 11/07/2013, but on 21/07/2013 STD call started to cost me, now I am not able to call on STD BSNL numbers for free from 21/07/2013. I am trying to call BSNL customer care from last three day, but no one is picking up the phone, it says "all our representative are busy presently". I am holding the line for hours but no one replies, I have also left a voice message regarding the problem, but no call has been received from BSNL representative.
