I had taken new aircel connection at Delhi Airport after getting the confirmation that same will work in Greater Noida where I will be most of the time, and I was allocated phone number 8802445200. But even after paying 1500/- I have not been able to use it, most of the time my phone keep saying emergency calls only. Occassionally I get connected but not for long. Even after repeated complaints nothing has been done.



And now even though they have confirmed over phone that they are not able to provide network coverage they are not ready to refund my money. I would be leaving India soon and would like to get at least my money refunded. Will you be able to help.
