Complaint Details
I had purchased a Pantech burst mobile from this website on 29-06-2013 by paying the full amount. In the beginning the process seemed very fast & the package reached Mumbai on 03-07-2013 waiting for customs clearence. But ever since then it is in the same status (in the tracking package).
When contacted them, they said there was some customs audit taking place & they will deliver the package within a week. 3-weeks have passed since then & it is the same answer from them.
Is this a genuine seller or a fake website ..???
If a genuine seller don't they own a explination for a so called customs delay..??
Will they deliver the product to me or will refund my full paid amount ..??
