Myself and my wife booked a ticket on Rajdhani Exp to travel from Balasore to Bhubaneswar on 20 Nov 2010. However, the train was running late by more than 6 hours due to naxalite problems in Bihar, so we travelled by alternative means. I filed a TDR on 21 Nov 2010 for refund of full money.
