Please note I have been receiving wrong electricity bill for 7 months now.The meter reading is not corresponding the bill being generated. I have made all possible efforts to bring this to the notice of the authorities-
1)Contacted SDO and provided application
2)made a complaint in JESB contact center(Consumer Number SK8690)

Still the issue is not resolved and my ageing parents are having to run helter skelter to resolve this. But government officials are turning a blind eye to the request.Please suggest what can be done.
