Dear Sir,
I was using my reliance netconnect+ for 3years, suddenly the services were stopped. When I contacted the customer service they informed that my address verification was negative, I need to resubmit the address proff. Then I visited the reliance web-world with my address prof and photo ID proff, but the services were not activated. I again visited the web world with the intention to discontinue the services but the same was declined as they wanted me to resubmit the address prof and photo verification prof. And for this period of approx 1 month they generated the invoice and asked me to pay the same as my services were bared not suspended as per them. But for me if I am unable to neither avail the service nor suspend the service how can they charge the monthly rental. They are cheating the common public by creating such rules that if you want to disconnect you should resubmit the documents.
Also when I had submitted the documents to web-world (JB Nagar andheri, mumbai) why cant they use the same documents for service de-activation request. Why should I be forced to submit the ducments again.
And why they can't give any acknoledgement for the documents submitted to them.
Please look into the matter as reliance is doing the unfare practices and as responsible citizen we don't have any other place to plea.
