Complaint Details
I have given my Nokia 500 handset IMEI no. 351680059582258 on 01-Jul-2013 to Nokia Care Center, Udaipur, Rajasthan for curing of some technical problem and they assured me to get my handset back 10 days but now its been 26 days I have not got my handset. Additionally, nobody either at Nokia Center or Consumer Care is taking responsibility for such long delay. Further, they are not cooperating. I am very much dissatisfied.
