Complaint Details
I'm making online shopping of mobile (micromax canvas 116HD ) after making payment they will give me details of delivery. after a weak when i asked them about order status they doesn't replay me or answer my call then i again asked after two days through email. they reply me that "because of some technical problem we can't proceed your order" i again make complain on their website (kaunsa.com) for refund but they didn't reply me. when i make call them they told me "i will reply your mail" after a weak they didn't reply on that complain or refund my amount when i making call to them they only assuring me that they will refund it. but they only making fool to me not refunding it.
