Dear Sir,

This is to bring in your kind attention that, I have been misguided by Birla Sunlife executive and Management on continuous basis.

I had taken a policy (Policy No - 004816610 from Birla Sunlife on Dated 31-03-2011. After nine month of the policy I had received a call from Mr. Suraj Chaowdhry Mobile No - +91-9871059603, He told me that there is a bonus lying with my policy code. He told me that this bonus will release only when I take a new policy of amount 20000 (Policy No - 005348493).

He again call me in the month of March 2012 for renewal of policy and also told me that if I pay an advance premium, I will be eligible for another bonus of Rs 100000. I gave him a cheque of Rs 30000. From this cheque he issued me a different policy (Policy No - 005477074 ). He told me this is the top up of the previous policy and told me I will get all my amount back in the month of December.

He Again call me in July 2012 and told me that if I gave an another cheque of Rs 20000 there will be another bonus of 54000 will be release in December 2012. I was having a complete faith on Mr Suraj I again given him the cheque he issue me a different policy (Policy no - 005694224).

In the month of December when I call to Mr Suraj he had stopped taking any of my call. I visited to the branch and and ask about my money then I came to know about the fraud done by Mr Suraj.. After knowing about the things happen to me, I file a complain with the Bira Sunlife. But no one is interested to help me out.

I came to know from one of my friend that if I file a complain with the Ombudsman they will provide me a better guidance.

Dear Sir, please help me out to resolve the matter. My fault is only this, that I kept a blind faith on the agent.
