I am Vikram Muddya and my order id with bagittoday yatra holidays is 33113890.
I was planning for a trip to mysore and searching over the internet for various options. Then shortlisted 2 hotels Windflower resort and Silent shores resort for stay. Unfortunately I received a call from bagittoday yatra saying that they provide holidays for 3nights 4 days for only Rs.3999+Rs.499. Initially I was reluctant to believe it and they also said that there is a offer running where in if you one holiday you get the other one free, so 3nights 4 days plus 3nights 4 days free. Those people kept on calling me and they even promised that Windflower resort and Silent shores resort arecovered in the deal. I didn’t believe this, but those people called me again and again pestering me to make the payment. Later I made the payment and I received the call from the confirmation department which mentioned that these hotels are not covered. So I asked them to cancel the deal and refund the money. Within 30 minutes I received 2 calls from those people and they said “Those confirmation people are just fools they don’t know about the hotels, you just say yes to that and don’t listen to them”. Believe me they convinced in such a manner that I had to accept that and after the confirmation call I made a payment of Rs.499. After that there were no calls from anyone for three days. The customer care number which is a std number is not working most of the time and they give a alternate number for yatra bookings which plays music and gets cut after 15 minutes. I made around 14-15 calls but same thing happened.

Now today when I tried the customer care number they pick up the call and refuse to make the refund as well and they disconnect the call in between. Now they say that they will provide accommodation in the same location but in cheaper hotels which is not worth Rs.500.
Can somebody tell me how can I sue these people in a legal way and get my total money back?
