Complaint Details
Purchased Samsung Grand on 3rd may.It was dead on 20th July. Sent it to service centre on 23rd, and today they tell me (on my follow up) that the entire mother board is dead. They dont even have spare motherboard to replace. I requested for replacement and they refuse. I am left with bill No for servicing (Bill no: 4156036333)with no phone.
