It has been over 10 days since the Samsung Service Center personnel took away my CRT TV's motherboard and till now they have not repaired it. They keep on putting some excuses or the other and I am totally frustrated and angry with this type of their behavior. Can I get the contact details of Samsung's Management where I can take this forward. Also let me know the details on how to raise a Consumer Court case against Samsung.
