I called cross road after a breakdown in my car.
The customer care said that your membership has expired.
I was so frustrated at that time - I asked for another membership.
For Rs. 850 (Cash)
When I got home, I saw my old membership hasn't yet expired and was expiring in September, 2013
I called up the customer care again to clearify. They said that your membership has not yet expired.
I asked them to let me talk to a manager or someone responsible and they refused altogether and put the phone on hold.
Attaching :
- The copy of old (un-expired) membership
- The copy of new membership (sold after lying about my membership expiry)
Here are the details of my membership :
- Membership(OLD) : 90298717/159 [ 21/9/2012 to 21/9/2013 ] -> Still active
- Membership(sold after lying) : 90387107/771 [ 27/7/2013 to 27/7/2014 ]
They didn't even asked for the car's RC or any proof of ownership.
This is serious fraud - I want my refund and compensation.
