Complaint Details
I had availed for installation of broadband wireline connection on 10th May, 2013 with Customer Application Form no. 17800033787833. Till date the installation has not yet been done. Various times I had called Reliance customer care and mailed them but every time they say that my connection would be done in coming next week. Moreover after delaying for 2 months a reliance official came to my home and said that the previous order had been cancelled and have to fill up another form (CAF 17800033766670. He also assured the installation would be completed in a weeks time but still the installation is pending. On 28th July, 2013 I had a word with the same official, he said the installation would take another 10-15 days. Now it seems hopeless to contact Reliance communication for address to the issue they are not at all concerned. Dear Sir, I am an investor in shares for which i had to keep a close look at the market but due to Reliance(installation of broadband) I had suffered heavy losses because of market ups and downs.
