Further to the above complaint submitted at CCRC wherein i stated how since past 1 month Tata Croma Retail Support has been neither giving me a new handset of Xolo nor my new cell is being repaired.
As stated in my complaint that Mr Naushad at Croma, R City Mall Ghatkopar had promised me on Friday 27th July that i will receive the repaired handset by tomorrow that ie 28th July Sunday. But again his promise was a farce. Neither he called up yesterday ie 28th July nor today informing any status of my cell.
After submitting complaint on CCRC, complaint no 0005618/2013, i received a call yesterday ie 28th July 2013 from Croma Social Support saying they are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to me and they will follow up on my matter immediately and i will receive another call in 4 hours and they will resolve my issue.
Leave aside resolving my issue, i did not even receive any calls from anyone which was being claimed my Tata Croma Social Support.
Whilst the person talking to me on phone said that they will issue a new cell if there is any delay from their side, but i doubt now anything is going to happen.
All this Croma Support and Social Support looks like farce, just give one call and forget about it.
How can i file a consumer complaint in court please help.
