Complaint Details
We had booked our flats on 11th & 15th April 2008 respectively. The agreement values of the flats are 201-Rs30 lacs (600sq.ft) & 202-Rs 42 lacs (800sq.ft). We have received a letter from the builder on VAT calculation at Rs 128325(201) & Rs.107166 (202) respectively. When we challenged & asked him for supporting he gave us fresh calculations on an excel sheet without proper validations & proof of what is paid against our flats.
We would like to know what the correct liable amount for the flats is respectively.
