Sir,
I have taken a PLI Policy from Naval Base Kochi Post Office during Jun 2009. my policy no. is APS977512-N. I have received Policy proposal acceptance letter and regular amount of Rs. 695 p/m is being recovered from my pay. The copy of my ction of my policy premium Rs. 695 p/m started w.e.f. Jul 2009. In Apr 2012 I was transferred from Kochi to Ramanathapuram. Neither I received my policy Bond nor any response for my letter and emails. The last letter was sent to ADDL DTE GEN APS (PLI) C/O 56APO On 17 Jun 2013.
In view of the above, I request you to take immidiate action.
