Complaint Details
My Company had send Laptop from Indonesia office, via Skynet courier. Skynet Mumbai approached me to pay INR 12619 for customs duty & Handeling charges, which i paid through Online transfer to thier bank a/c.

Upon receipt of this payment Skynet had delivered the courier at my residence. But they are not provviding the Invoice and supporting document againts INR 12619.They do not even respond to my follow up email. I need these documents to submit to my accounts Dept. for reimbursement. Kindly help.
