Dear Sir,
I have to complain about the bad product and service quality of the Ainol product bought from their website www.ainolindia.com on 15/02/2013. I had ordered their tablet device Ainol crystal Novo 7.

within weeks after receiving the product, the battery on the device stopped working which meant that i had to always connect to power using the adapter. second I was facing several issues with the screen for eg, if I type one letter, then the screen displays 2 or 3 letters. After informing them, i was asked to return the product to their Mumbai office for service. Even after 2 months of returning the product to their Mumbai office, they have not rectified the problem nor bothered to replace the product.
It is in warranty period.

So far from my experience with their bad service, it looks to me that the company is a fraud company. Because each time i call them they tell me new stories. like battery is not in stock.

I have made several calls to their office and there has been no favorable response till now. Kindly request you to do the needful.
