Complaint Details
Dream home Property Developers had promoted a Layout site near Kishkinta Tambaram chennai, Dakshin City. I had booked 3 Plots in 20 january 2013 and 17.6 Lakhs payment was done. registration date was not confirmed. upon repeated visits and follow up with the company, I came to know that the property was title document were not clear and they had no power to register on our name. hence i requested to refund my money. 6 post dated cheques were issued from 25-05-2013 up to 24-07-2013 with different amt summing to 17.6 lakhs. All the cheques issued were dishonoured and payment was collected for 4 cheques and balance 3.8 lakhs with 2 cheques are still open for settlement. i had repeatedly followed with the managing director and staffs for payment but those people are not responding to my request.
still i have 2 cheque bounced and outstanding of 3.8 lakhs with the company. kindly advise my next action to resolve this issue.
