I had placed an order from Tradus.com of a hair straightener to be delivered by Pearl_technologies for Sub-Order 9903970_01. It turned out to be a faulty one. That very day of receiving the product i lodged a complaint and asked for replacement/refund but no response. They don't have any cc number to call and follow-up, mails also no use.
