I have purchased Panasonic Split AC of 1.5Ton capacity with Inverter technology (Model no.CS-YS18PKY) through finance (Bajaj Finance) from M/s Anand Electronics, Patiala (scanned copy of bill is attatched with this mail) by giving advance cheque of Rs. 6500/- rest of the amount through finance on dt. 31/07/13. I have installed this AC in a room having size 12X14X11 ft.. But, I am sorry to say that the above said Model does not meet the criteria of having Capacity of 1.5 Ton, not able to provide good circulation of Air so that temp. of a given area can be stabilized at the earliest moreover inverter technology comes into picture when the AC stabilized the room temperature. So this model badly performing at the customer end and why and how this model is surviving in the market.
In this regard it is submitted that your office will ban this model and instruct company not to sale this model in market in near future. Because the capital which I supposed to be invested by me for above said inverter series model is around Rs.48,000/-(Forty Eight Thousand) and I am not getting the cooling with requisite saving of energy equivalent to One Ton (Good) Window AC and which is around Rs. 25000/-. Further it is added that I today instruct my Bank for stop cheque payment which I had issued to M/s Anand Electronics, Patiala for advance payment. I am completely dissatisfied with this above said Model of Split AC. The retail invoice consists of Rs. 44,500/- for split AC model and Rs.2000/- for Stabilizer.
Moreover when I asked that the price of the model I had searched at the internet is Rs.42,500/- then the proprietor of the shop said to me that our price include after sale service charges also.
It is further requested your good self to kindly look into the matter personally and try to give me requisite justice.
