my 8 year old airtel number(9810538923) was cancelled without information on 12 july. i went to galeria(dlf4) relationship centre on 19th and then at sahara mall centre on 27th where they issued a new sim and charged Rs25 but the new sim never worked and when i went there again they said that the number is cancelled and asked to buy a new one. I continusly complained on phone and even registered email complaint but nothing happened. All through the case no one told the proper reason for cancelling the connection and treated very poorly. i had rs100 balance at time of cancelation. i want full compensation and my old number as early as possible.
