Complaint Details
It is my misfortune that I bought Karbonn A1+ 9 months ago. Within warranty period the phone lost its main Speaker, began to
hang and had difficulties connecting to Wifi/3G etc.
Main issue is of the main speaker breaking down. I submitted the handset to Karbonn authorized service center in Pune (F-Tech).
The job-sheet No is KJASPMH180713K9439. Date of case logged in is 16 July 2013.
Today, even after 23 days, Karbonn is unable to send a new Speaker for replacement? How horrible, shoddy, careless service! And
with this ethics of business Karbonn thinks of rising high in the market? No chance.
I need resolution of my issue fast. I will look forward to your reply before thinking of taking legal action.
