Complaint Details
On 20 Jul morning I have recharged for 150 Rs. and I have
subscribed GPRS5 for one day. In the evening It is noticed that my total amount of Rs. 145 has been deducted at once. I
have only surfed for hardly Two Hours in a day. and not even down loaded any thing.charging 145 Rs for Two Hrs not understood.Their reply is that for RC5 is for 25MB and i have used 40 MB. But in any case it will cost Rs 145 for 15MB usage.
