Hi,
I have been living overseas and using internaltional roaming. I dont use my phone often, but over the last few month Airtel mobile bills have one number for both incoming and outgoing to bill me. I have not kept the phone switched on and neither am i aware of the calls and amounts listed.
The nature of transactions / date / time and the usage time and amounts are all uniform and suspicious.
I have raised and can show evidence that my phone does not have any record of such calls.
I have taken it up with appelate authority and they dont seem be willing or keen to resolve.
Please also review my payment or account history with Airtel.
