Am very upset buying the Eureka Forbes product, I bought the Enhance Water Purifier and below is my experience.

The first complaint(70989715) was raised on 17th April 2013 for as I found insect falling in water purifier, however your customer care team did not mentioned same in complaint instead the complaint was registered under as “Unit not working”. The Eureka forbes technician visited after having multiple calls and put some rubber belt on top of water purifier.

Have registered the second complaint(71646407) on 2nd June 2013 which is still open as on date for again finding lot of insects in Water Purifier. Have tried my level best to call multiple times at customer care to sort out the issue on 8th June, 14th June, 18th June and so on and even recently I can recalled as have called on 4th Aug around 7 PM IST. The complaint is still open and have not received a single call from any team members of Eureka. Also have the Vodafone statement, how many times have called just to Eureka team for arriving to this conclusion.

Today on 8th Aug 2013 have raised one more complaint(72597194) as am suffering from flu and diaria may be due to drinking of insect water always and can provide the doctor prescription with medical bills to you.

Am no more interested in this product, please replace/money return for this product.
One thing am not able to understand as of now in the world of mobility, for escalation the email address(Ms. Asha Idnani, Ms. Vinath Hegde) have not been provided and instead have asked for downloading PDF and then to courier.
