FRAUD has been committed against me by Bharat Business Channel Limited (Videocon D2H). I bought the Annual Platinum HD Pack with unlimited Recording on 07/07/13. I booked it by phone and paid the full amount in cash. They told me that I will get a New HD Digital STB with Unlimited Recording. But when it arrived, I realized they had given me the Old Model. When I questioned the installation team, they told me that this Set Top Box has the same recording features as the new one. They lied to me. It does not have Unlimited Recording. I realized this 6-7 days ago. I lodged a complaint on their website but I got no reply. I want them to correct this problem as soon as possible or give me my full money back. Please Help.
