Sir,
I have purchased a Celcon TAB, CT2, on 27/07/13, I honestly trusted that it is a well known reputed growing company, and I chosen that brand, but that was the worst thing I made in my life ever, within 2 days of purchasing the display was gone, I was really shocked, and I immediately gave to the company authorized ( authorized to say anything no to the customers) service center, on 30/07/13, and in work order they have mentioned as display problem, they said that we will send a mail to the company and if company allows us we will rectify it, if at all we can,t do anything, after 2 days, when I inquired, they simply said that the company is not allowing us to do any service to your product, because your product was bought just 2 days back, and I asked about warranty, they said warranty is not covered for this, but in no where in warranty card no mention abt no warranty for display problem, I was totally disappointed rather than money, the mental pain, is high, I request you to look into the matter, positively and do justice for me.
