Sir,
I had a salary bank account with RBS, Bangalore during 2011-2012. I was told that its a zero balance account when I opened the account. Subsequently when I moved to hyderabad, I shifted my money in the account to some other bank and the balance was zero. Now, Some amount got credited into the account from my Insurance company and the bank keep on deducting amount from my account with intimating me. They have been sending statements to my email ID but after I shifted to Hyderabad, I didnot receive a single mail from them and they have deducted some 5000 Rs from my account till now saying I have not maintained my account. They said the have already send some lettter to my Bangalore address. I dont understand why they didnot send the information about the deductions to my Mail ID. they are saying they already sent eStatments but I didnot receive any of them. Request you to address the issue with the RBS bank.
