My complaint no. is 11186315 i have registered this on 28/July/2013 service person visited our house and said PCB was required to be replaced and he said he'll replaced it within 2 days but now almost a month is going to over but (Mr. Mahendra Kumar)complaint person is not even picking my phone and still they are unable to arrange that part. This is so disappointing that IFB is giving such Poor, Low class, Cheap service and also having employees who dont have manners how to talk with customers.
