Complaint Details
A Consignment containing an urgently required important document sent to me through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS (number BLR635039481 from Bangalore by my daughter on August 17, 2013 has not been delivered to me till 23rd August even after 6 days. The tracking shows that it was received at Their Vattiyoorkavu, Trivandrum on 19th. Even after 4 days it has not been delivered it to my address which is just 3 kms away.

My address is SRA-186E/1, Mannarathala Lane, Elipode, Valiyavila, Trivandrum-13.
